Nicki Meets the Real World

Joy and rapture - we managed to find a long weekend for the girls to go out on the Town together. First stop was Kincaids, a wonderful restaurant in DC specializing in fish dishes.

Never mind the fishes dishes, we looked dishy enough by ourselves!

After such a lovely dinner, and all those calories we really needed to take some well earned exercise. So we took ourselves of to Ziggy's where we tripped the light fantastic around the dance floor! Aren't we a lovely pair of movers?

Just as we were about to leave for the evening, we were waylaid by a whole host of girls who were in DC for a TG conference. We struck up a particularly friendship with Amanda (in the black), and TJ peeking out from behind her.

To say we struck up a friendship is putting it very mildly from these lovely pictures of all of us together on the dance floor having a real blast together!

Why is Amanda on top of the world?
Well this was the first time she had been out in the real world. Can you believe that?
Tina and I couldn't, and the icing on lucky "Amanda's cake" is that all that lovely hair is all her own.

Damn you Amanda! We are both so very envious of you. Especially Tina, as you can see from her reaction here!

Seriously though we all had a wonderfully fun time as you can see in this picture!

In the end as we were leaving Amanda wanted to make very sure we were all going to be there the following evening.
Of course we were going to be!
