For those of you who know we had some awful snow in January in DC which lingered for days. The days got much brighter by the time February cam around because I had a couple of days for Nicki and Tina to enjoy the good life. It also gave me a wonderful opportunity to wear my new winter coat, complete with fox fur trimming. If I didn't wear it then when would I wear it. |

Don’t you think we look wonderful in our lovely long warm winter coats. I really felt we needed them. We went to RT's in Arlington for a lovely dinner and then after dinner we headed to Annie's Steakhouse on 17th St for a little after dinner cocktail. |

What the picture doesn't show is the indignity I felt when I slipped on the ice outside RT's and end up on my backside. Tina just giggled, I suppose it was just resorts for laughing at her for falling of a bar stall! At least I was sober when I slipped in my heels. |

Next day we went out to that Mecca of shopping Malls - Potomac Mills and did what we both do best. Yes, you guessed it shop. |

Tina and I did our very best to not overdress, but I guess I even look preppy in jeans. Where as Tina is so good at dressing for the place where we are! |

Later that evening Tina cooked a lovely meal. She insisted I pose with this very good bottle of wine to record the evening. |

I was even invited by Tina to pose in one of my other dresses - an impromptu fashion show! |
